FUSE windows port

Here is an attempt of porting FUSE library to win32 platform

• Download sources (local mirror)
• View Mercurial repository
• You will need cmake to build fuse4win and Dokan library to use it. MSVC and Cygwin are both supported
• You may build sshfs and bingfs for use with fuse4win, but you need to apply the patches from the "patches" folder first
• Currently it only supports windows XP 32-bit
